on Glen Lake is open from May 1 through October 31 of every year.
Renting
your unit as a vacation rental or residential rental is prohibited.
We
do not allow pets.
The
land lease for the Glen Lake Season (May 1 -
October 31) runs approximately $4,320 - $5,532 +/- based on location. Plus Michigan Specific Tax — less than $200 per year.
Lease includes: property tax,
water, sewer, general house hold garbage (electricity for park models)
Land
Lease payments may be paid over a 12 month period.
